Covid Update

February 2022

After two years of relatively low levels of Covid 19 in the community and a series of national and localised lockdowns, we are beginning to see the steady spread of Delta and Omicron through New Zealand. Like most companies in New Zealand, Ranfurly Strategic Limited and its service providers have in place Covid protocols to ensure the ongoing provision of services. The previous lockdowns have demonstrated that we can support the operations of the Ranfurly Superannuation Scheme remotely with limited impact on service levels.

For this outbreak we have split our operational teams, with one team working from the office, while the other works remotely, seeking to minimise the exposure between staff, and ensure continuity of service. As the outbreak escalates, which we are all anticipating, we will assess the safety of staff and consider whether they reverting to full time working from home, if that is appropriate.

While we do not expect the change in operational arrangements to impact on our service to you, we apologise if the change means we are not able to respond to you as promptly as you would like, or you are unable to immediately contact us at the office. However, we assure you that we will respond to messages as quickly as possible. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time.
