Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service we have provided, you should contact us. We have an internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly. You may contact us to make a complaint by telephone +64 3 308 0144, by email ranfurly@i-select.co.nz or in writing to i-Select Limited.
For New Zealand and non-Australian Resident members i-Select is a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Dispute Resolution Services (FDRS). If you are not satisfied with the response you have received from i-Select Ltd to your complaint, you may refer the matter to FDRS by emailing enquiries@fdrs.org.nz, calling FDRS on 0508 337 337. Full details of how to access FDRS services can be obtained on their website www.FDRS.org.nz. There is no cost to you to use the services of FDRS.
For Australian Resident members i-Select is a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited (AFCA). If you are not satisfied with the outcome resulting from our Internal Disputes Resolution process you may refer the matter to the AFCA by emailing info@afca.org.au or calling the AFCA on 1800 931 678. Full details of how to access the AFCA service can be obtained on their website www.afca.org.au. There is no cost to you to use the services of AFCA.
